Vedic Life is an astronomical and astrological calculation tool. All birth charts, Shadbala strengths, Vimshottari Dashas, and career or health analyses generated by this website are intended solely for educational, historical, and personal development purposes.

Astrological interpretations are subjective and do not constitute professional financial, medical, career, legal, or psychological advice. Vedic Life does not guarantee any specific outcomes or predictions, and users assume full responsibility for decisions made based on website content.

2. Services & Calculation Accuracy

We compile and display charts mapped to high-precision NASA JPL DE421 ephemeris data and the Indian standard Lahiri Ayanamsa. While we strive for mathematical perfection to within a fraction of an arcsecond, services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Our "Cosmic Plan" is a unified subscription tier costing $7.99/month. By subscribing, you unlock premium features across three interconnected platforms (Vedic Life Dashboard, Conversational AI Astrologer, and Cosmic Calendar).

• Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy (global MoR) or Razorpay (India local).
• You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds are processed in accordance with our billing merchant guidelines.

4. User Accounts & Chart Storage

Users registering an account are responsible for maintaining session token security. When you save a birth chart profile, it is sync'd to PostgreSQL via Prisma. We reserve the right to limit geocoding calls or database chart save capacity per profile to prevent server exploitation.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to scrape, download in bulk, or systematically make query calls to our geocoding or astrological endpoints. Reverse engineering calculations or hosting unauthorized wrappers of the Vedic Life APIs is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vedic Life, its creators, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of the website operators, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
